Meet The Author
Barb Lundy grew up in a family of visual artists and writers. Legally blind until she turned 8, reading became a cherished pastime. Her parents gave her a subscription for The Writer magazine at her 12 th birthday and her older brother gave her a used Royal Typewriter. So the ink was set. Barb had the good fortune to share a close friendship with award-winning poet Lois Beebe Hayna. Lois provided unvarnished critique. A widely published poet, Lundy is listed in the Directory of Poets and Writers. She taught writing in Denver area colleges and is the current co-president of Colorado Authors League.
